Recently, Bala Technology's August Recognition Ceremony was successfully held and concluded at the company's headquarters. This ceremony not only provided a systematic review of the achievements made by various departments over the past month but also highlighted the team's pioneering spirit in the outdoor gear sector, vividly embodying Bala Technology's corporate culture of proactivity, ambition, and collective drive.
During the ceremony, Waston Chen, General Manager of Bala Technology, delivered a speech. He stated clearly, “Bala Technology will always adhere to the core principles of ‘customer-centricity and market orientation.’ We will continue to deepen our presence in the outdoor gear field, constantly enhance our product R&D capabilities and market service standards, and strive to provide more high-quality outdoor gear solutions for users worldwide.”

At Bala Technology, every effort is recognized, and every breakthrough is celebrated.
Among the awards, the “Top Sales Elite Award” attracted particular attention—it was once again won by Molly, a core member of the sales team. As a sales role model at Bala Technology, Molly has not only maintained leading sales performance for months but also delivered an impressive “market development achievement” in August: she successfully established channels for the Cuban outdoor fan market, enabling Bala Technology’s BALACN series outdoor fans to enter the Cuban market in large quantities for the first time, and quickly gained high recognition from local customers.
“Local customers in Cuba hold our products in high regard, especially praising the fans’ durability and energy-efficient design,” Molly shared during her on-site experience talk. “The 5-speed adjustment function, optimized for Cuba’s tropical climate, perfectly meets the needs of local outdoor scenarios. Additionally, Chinese outdoor gear’s advantage in cost-effectiveness has further strengthened our competitiveness in the local market.”
